Working method
Upon receipt of the file, the partners inform the client of any conflict of interest identified, of any additional requested document, and of the proposed fees for the handling of its case according to the established strategy.
Regular information is sent to the client, even if the case has not evolved, in order to allow you to stay updated on the status of the case, to retain a control of the issues, and to provide instructions on the follow-up to be given.
Cases are handled dynamically by the firm, which favors the amicable route, listening and dialogue with the other parties, to allow rapid progress and resolution of the dispute at a controlled cost for the client.
Network in France and abroad
LEXASSURE has forged privileged relationships with a network of law firms in metropolitan France and in the French overseas departments and territories, and of technical and/or financial experts, from our own network or mandated by our clients, for a more comprehensive strategic approach to the defense of your interests.
Finally, LEXASSURE benefits from a network of correspondent lawyers abroad, in particular through the international organizations of the International Association of Lawyers (UIA), the International Association for Insurance Law (AIDA), the Pan European Organization of Personal Injury Lawyers (PEOPIL), and the American Bar Association – International Law Section (ABA ILS), to ensure the defense of your interests worldwide.

Training and legal monitoring
LEXASSURE, made up of partners with recognized experience in their fields of expertise, offers its clients (insurers, brokers and companies) tailor-made training based on legal topics or updates for their legal, engineering, underwriting and/or claims management staff.
The partners, who are convinced that team training is the best risk management tool, regularly provide on-site training courses to their clients’ staff and contribute to the writing of articles in specialized magazines (L’Argus de l’assurance, La Tribune de l’Assurance, New Assurances Pro and Opérations Immobilières).
In order to meet your needs and objectives, LEXASSURE sets up practical and operational training to enable you to adopt good practices to prevent claims, manage claims amicably and/or in litigation, set appropriate compensation provisions and optimize the cost for your structures.
Fees
LEXASSURE offers to provide a provisional estimate of fees in order to allow you to evaluate the cost of a procedure or an operation.
The firm’s invoices include the details of the services billed according to the fee agreement with the client.
