The firm acts both amicably in the search for an adequate settlement solution and in litigation in front of domestic courts (civil, criminal and administrative) or in arbitration. 

We also participate in the expert appraisal phase to investigate the root causes of an incident, determine liability and assess damage. 

Internationally, LEXASSURE acts both for foreign clients in their proceedings in France, and as monitoring counsel for French clients in order to ensure the implementation of the strategy, follow-up, and assessment of the financial stakes of their disputes abroad.

Finally, in the pre-litigation or litigation phase, LEXASSURE offers an analysis of the risks incurred in order to help its clients in the provisioning of claims and to promote settlement agreements.
